Emmanuel Ikechukwu Ijeoma — Founder / Managing Director
Emmanuel Ikechukwu Ijeoma is an experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional with more than 13 years of experience across oil and gas, construction, manufacturing, and healthcare in Nigeria, Germany, and the United States.
His background includes safety and supervisory responsibilities with Saipem Contracting Nigeria Limited, project HSE inspection and advisory work with Desicon Engineering on SPDC projects, manufacturing experience through Manpower at Tesla’s Gigafactory Berlin, and regional HSE leadership within New York’s healthcare sector.
His expertise spans hazard identification, risk assessment, contractor safety, incident investigation, emergency preparedness, environmental management, workforce training, and project coordination. His project experience includes pipeline construction, marine and swamp operations, gas infrastructure, and healthcare facilities.
Emmanuel brings to Titans a practical understanding of how Health, Safety, and Environmental systems operate on project sites, within facilities, and across complex organizations. His leadership emphasizes prevention, workforce participation, clear accountability, and measurable performance—helping organizations translate safety policies into consistent operational practices.
Qualifications & Professional Credentials
Bachelor of Science in Management — University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
HSE Competency Certificate, Level 3 — Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON).
General HSE Training — ISPON.
Job Hazard Analysis Expert Training — SPDC Training School.
Additional professional training: permit-to-work systems, gas testing and confined-space entry, fire safety, and environmental impact assessment.
Professional service: Round 2 Judge, Africa’s Business Heroes competition.
